FAQs...

If the FAQs below doesn't answer your question about Pentlands Activity Camps (PAC) please contact us directly

What if PAC is cancelled?

If Covid-19 regulations mean that we cannot run then a full refund will be given or the place transferred.

When does PAC run?

This year (2024) PAC is running for 1 week during the Easter Holidays and 4 weeks during the Summer Holidays. PAC runs from Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm (although early drop-off and later pick-up can be arranged)

What age does my child have to be to come to PAC?

To come to PAC your child should be age 5+ and nearing the end of Primary 1 (by the Easter) - your child needs to have been in school to come to PAC.

Can I pay using Childcare Vouchers?

Unfortunately we’re not able to accept childcare vouchers

Does my child have to come for the whole week?

No, here at PAC we are very flexible - you can book your child onto as many single day(s) or weeks as you’d like

How do I cancel my booking?

We realise plans can change. If you wish to cancel a booking please get in touch with us directly by emailing info@pentlandsactivitycamps.co.uk

Please note the 20% deposit made at time of booking is non-refundable. There are no refunds for last minute cancellations but where possible we will attempt to find you another suitable day.

Will my child be in the same group as his/her friends?

We build our PAC Groups based around children of a similar age/school year and try to ensure friends are grouped together where possible.  Please just let us know!

What should my child bring to PAC?

Packed lunch, changes of clothes (particularly extra socks, and trousers!), wellies and waterproofs are the essentials - see full PAC Kit List here
